Important Update: Passenger Lifts Upgrade

We would like to inform our valued passengers and supporters that from Wednesday, 24th September, our charity will begin essential work to replace the passenger lifts on our canal boats. As a result, these lifts will no longer be available for use following that date.

For any bookings made during this period, please ensure that no one in your party requires the use of the passenger lift and that all members are able to access the boats via steps. We recognise that this temporary change may cause inconvenience, and we sincerely apologise for any disruption it may bring.

Looking ahead, we are committed to securing funding for new passenger lifts and plan to install them in time for the start of the 2026 season. This upgrade is part of our ongoing efforts to provide safe and accessible experiences for all our passengers. Your support and understanding during this transition are greatly appreciated.
